Job Center

Tools to manage data synchronisation at scale — across many Account records at once, or automatically over time.

The Job Center is where you manage all automation jobs in Proff Connect. Open the Proff Connect app and click the Job Center tab. Use the left-hand menu to move between the areas below.


Overview

The Overview gives a short introduction to the Job Center and describes Change Jobs, Mass Update, and Maintenance (Delete Jobs). From here you can jump to each area.


Change Overview

View running and completed Change Jobs. Expand any job to see its change events, filter by sync status (Synced, Pending, Unmapped, Failed, Review), and search by account name or organisation number.

Change Job Setup

Configure Change Jobs per country: set schedule, frequency, start and end date, start time, and whether to sync changes automatically. Activate or deactivate jobs from here.

Mass Update Jobs

Create and run bulk sync jobs: define a filter to select which Accounts to sync, preview the count, then run the job now or schedule it. Monitor active and completed jobs and drill into batches.

Delete Jobs

Remove old Change and Mass Update records on a schedule. Configure by record type, age, and country, and run once or on a recurring schedule to keep your org tidy.
