Related Contacts Component

The Related Contacts LWC allows you to discover and create contacts based on official roles registered with the company. This ensures that you can quickly populate your Account with the correct decision-makers.

How to Add the Component

1. Open the Account Lightning Page: Navigate to an Account record and select Edit Page from the Setup (cogwheel) menu to open the Lightning App Builder.
2. Locate the Component: In the left-hand components pane, search for "Related Contacts".
3. Placement: Drag and drop the component onto your Account page layout. We recommend placing it in a narrow side column.
4. Save and Activate: Click Save and ensure the page is Activated for your users.

• Official Role Discovery: Automatically lists individuals registered with official roles such as General, Procuration, and Signatory roles directly from Proff.
• Instant Contact Creation: You can create new Salesforce Contact records directly from this list.
• Automated Data Entry: When creating a contact via this component, the person's name, role, and professional data are automatically linked to your Account, ensuring high data quality with minimal manual entry.
